The initial step in developing a concept involves generating ideas that provide effective solutions for your design challenges. This planning phase forms the foundation of your new design, encompassing the underlying logic, reasoning, and structure. The aim is to chart a course for the design process, enabling you to make informed decisions about aesthetics, color, design type, and other important considerations.
Our team of highly skilled experts takes the time to actively listen to your ideas, understand your requirements and goals, and then combine their extensive knowledge of design to transform your vision into reality. They carefully measure your home to ensure precise accuracy, evaluate what can and cannot work within the space, and ultimately create concept drawings, hand illustrations, and mood boards to help you visualize your new home.
After obtaining approval for the concept, the design team proceeds to prepare a preliminary drawing package, determine the scope of work, and finalize finishes. During this crucial stage, your vision and ideas begin to take shape in the form of a detailed drawing package, which includes a demolition plan, partition plan, reflected ceiling plan, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans, a furniture layout, and a specifications chart.
Additionally, an artistic rendering is created to provide you with a visual representation of the final product. We will also present you with a comprehensive and detailed scope of work, itemizing each element of the project, line-by-line. Once you are content with the plans, scope of work, and specifications, we will proceed to tender the project and offer you a fixed-price. This provides complete transparency and eliminates the possibility of any unexpected expenses, ensuring your peace of mind.
Upon your acceptance of the fixed-price proposal, our construction process begins with the signing of a Fixed-Price Construction Agreement. This agreement solidifies our commitment to delivering the project within the agreed-upon budget.
Once the agreement is in place, we aim to commence the construction work within 30 days, barring any delays caused by permit approvals. It's important to note that the timeline may be subject to adjustments depending on the time required to obtain necessary permits from the relevant authorities.
Before the project commences, we will schedule a meeting with you to introduce the assigned crew leader. This meeting provides an opportunity for you to meet the individual who will oversee the construction process and address any initial concerns or questions you may have. During this meeting, we will also make necessary onsite preparations, ensuring that the construction site is ready for the work to begin.
Throughout the construction process, our team is dedicated to keeping you informed and involved. We understand the importance of transparency and effective communication, and thus, we will keep you in the loop every step of the way. To facilitate this, you will receive regular progress reports, providing comprehensive updates on the completed work and outlining what is scheduled to be completed in the coming weeks.
In addition to progress reports, we will also include images of the construction progress. These visual updates will give you a clear picture of the work that has been accomplished and allow you to track the project's development. We believe that these visual representations can enhance your understanding and confidence in our construction process.

This coverage begins on the date of the PDI, Pre-Delivery Inspection and lasts two years from that date and includes items such as defects in work and materials.
